Using the IDRA press machines, which have a closing force of 60 to 420 tons, we cast brass and aluminium alloys in accordance with the DIN 226, DIN 230, DIN 231 and DIN 239 standards and with quality certification.
Pressure casting is performed using automated and robotised (ABB) centres, which ensure the equal quality of the casts.
We use the following alloys:
DIN 226 - AlSi9Cu3 EN AB-46000
DIN 230 - AlSi12 EN AB-44300
DIN 231 - AlSi12Cu EN AB-47100
DIN 239 - AlSi10Mg EN AB-43400
For melting, we use two melting gas furnaces with capacities of 300 kg and 175 kg and one 350 kg inclined clay melting gas furnace. We use two 500 kg electric temperature-maintaining feeding furnaces to maintain the temperature of the melt.
During melting, we adjust the ratio between the blocks of aluminium and the opposite material in accordance with the customer's requests, ordinarily a 50:50 ratio is used.
A team with many years of experience in casting technology is trained for various tasks relating to casting and our foundry uses new knowledge to additionally improve the quality of our finished products.
Besides our own team, we have been cooperating with partners for a number of years, which enables us to complement and extend our set of services, including dust colouring, galvanization and other services.
